老年髋部骨折围手术期并发肺部感染及其中医药防治的研究进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 肺部感染是老年髋部骨折患者的主要并发症之一，其致死率高，不仅危害患者的生理健康，也会影响患者的心理健康，从而延长其康复的时间，影响其生活质量。老年髋部骨折患者在围手术期内一旦并发肺部感染，不仅会造成患者的经济损失，也会消耗大量的医疗资源。国内外相关文献表明，老年髋部骨折围手术期并发肺部感染的主要致病菌是革兰阴性菌，以铜绿假单胞菌、肺炎克雷伯菌和大肠埃希菌为主。本文从老年髋部骨折围手术期并发肺部感染的发病情况、影响因素及其中医药防治等方面进行综述，希望能为临床开展此类疾病的预防和治疗提供理论依据，最终达到缓解患者生理疾病及心理痛苦，降低患者经济负担，以及减少不必要的医疗资源浪费的目的。

Abstract: Pulmonary infection is one of the major complications in elderly patients with hip fracture， characterized by a high mortality rate. It is not only a blow to the physical health of patients， but also affects their mental health， thus prolonging their recovery time and affecting their quality of life. Elderly hip fracture patients once complicated with lung infection in perioperative period， will not only cause economic losses， but also consume large amounts of medical resources. Relevant domestic and foreign literatures shows that the main pathogenic bacteria causing perioperative pulmonary infection in elderly hip fracture patients is Gram-negative bacteria， including Pseudomonas aeruginosa， Klebsiella pneumoniae and E. coli. This article reviewes the incidence and the pathogenic factors of perioperative pulmonary infection of elderly hip fracture and discusses its prevention and treatment with traditional Chinese medicine， so as to provide the theory basis for the prevention and treatment of this disease in clinic， and eventually achieve the purpose of alleviating the patient′s physical illness and psychological pain， reducing the economic consumption of the patients and reducing the unnecessary waste of medical resources.
