药食两用中药抗肝损伤作用及辨证施食规律分析

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的：探讨抗肝损伤药食两用中药的性效、病症宜忌、药理作用特点以及辨证施食规律，以期为具有肝损伤保护作用的药食两用中药的开发利用提供参考。方法：以2019年发布的《关于当归等6种新增按照传统既是食品又是中药材的物质公告》与2014年颁布的《按照传统既是食品又是中药材物质目录管理办法》纳入的101种药食两用的中药为研究对象，检索中国知网、万方数据库及维普数据库中2011—2020年发表的关于药食两用中药及其有效成分药理作用与机制的研究文献。通过将其与《中华人民共和国药典》所载中药药理作用结合，选取了具有抗肝损伤、保肝作用的药食两用中药。建立数据库，分别对药物性味归经、药物类别等进行分析，归纳整理抗肝损伤药食两用中药的使用禁忌、药理成分等。结果：共纳入183篇文献，涉及药食两用中药31味，药性以平、寒居多，药味多甘、苦，多入脾、肝经，种类主要为补虚药、清热药，31味中药虽记载均无毒性，但大部分均有相应的使用注意事项及禁忌。结论：在辨证施食理论指导下，药食两用中药在防治肝损伤时常因人而异，采用补虚和中、清热祛湿之药，达到食养与食治的双重功效。

Abstract: Objective： To explore the properties and effects， disease taboos and pharmacological characteristics of anti-hepatic injury edible traditional Chinese medicine and its application rule of syndrome differentiation， to provide reference for the development and utilization of edible traditional Chinese medicine with liver protection effect. Methods： 101 kinds of edible traditional Chinese medicine were selcted as the subject. The research literatures on the pharmacological effects and mechanisms of Chinese medicine and its active ingredients published from 2011 to 2020 in CNKI， Wanfang Database and Vip Database were retrieved. By combining with the pharmacological effects of traditional Chinese medicine reconded in Pharmacopoeia of the People′s Republic of China， the edible traditional Chinese medicine with anti-hepatic injury and liver protection effect was selected. The database was established to analyze the properties and drug category， and summarize the using taboos and pharmacological ingredients of edible traditional Chinese medicine with anti-hepatic injury effect. Results： A total of 183 literature were included， involving 31 edible traditional Chinese medicine. The medicinal properties are mostly flat and cold and most of them taste sweet or bitter. They mostly belong to liver and spleen meridians and the main types of them are tonic and heat clearing drugs. Although the records of 31 traditional Chinese medicines were non-toxic， most of them had precautions and contraindications. Conclusion： Under the guidance of the theory of syndrome differentiation， edible traditional Chinese medicine often varies from person to person in the prevention and treatment of liver injury. The drugs of tonifying deficiency， clearing heat and removing dampness can achieve the dual effects of health preserving and diet therapy.
