基于数据挖掘的刘华为教授治疗胃肠癌用药规律分析

Analysis of Professor Liu Huawei′s Medication Rules in the Treatment of Gastrointestinal Cancer Based on Data Mining

摘要: 目的:基于中医传承计算平台,对刘华为教授治疗胃肠癌患者的用药规律进行分析。方法:收集整理了陕西省中医医院刘华为教授2017至2019年诊治的胃肠癌医案,共纳入了174例胃肠癌处方,药物106 味,共计频次2 026次。运用中医传承辅助平台(V3.0) 对其标准化录入,分析其用药频次、四性五味、药物作用的定位和处方规则。结果:处方用药频次处于高位的中药依次为炙甘草、党参、茯苓、炒白术、姜半夏等;温性及甘味药物用量较大,归脾经,功效属补虚类,且得出核心药物组合4个,聚类分析出5个组方。结论:通过数据挖掘,利用信息化手段可高效分析刘华为教授学术经验,其治疗胃肠癌的用药规律注重补和调,关注中焦湿阻病机。

Abstract: Objective: Based on the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance computing platform, this paper analyzes the medication rules of Professor Liu Huawei in the treatment of patients with gastrointestional cancer. Methods:The medical records of gastrointestional cancer patients treated by Professor Liu Huawei in Shaanxi Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from 2017 to 2019 were collected. A total of 174 prescriptions of gastrointestional cancer were included, including 106 drugs, with a total frequency of 2026 times. Using the traditional Chinese Medicine inheritance assistant platform (V3.0) to input its standardized data, analyze its medication frequency, four characteristics and five flavors, drug role positioning and prescription rules. Results:The Chinese herbal medicines with high prescription frequency were Radix glycyrrhizae, Radix codonopsis, Poria cocos, Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae, Rhizoma Pinelliae, etc. The results showed that the dosage of warm and sweet drugs was large, and the effect was tonifying deficiency. Four core drug combinations were obtained, and five prescriptions were obtained by cluster analysis. Conclusion: Through data mining and information technology, it is more efficient to analyze Professor Liu Hua′s academic experience data. The rules of medication of professor Liu for the treatment of gastrointestinal cancer pay more attention to tonify and the pathogenesis of retention of dampness in middle jiao.
