摘要： 闽南针灸名家张永树先生从医60余年，是市级非物质文化遗产“泉州留章杰中医针灸”代表性传承人。张老师在中医内科的治疗上有丰富的临床经验，擅长针灸、手法娴熟、理论扎实、疗效确切。张老师结合长期的针灸临床工作经验，在学术上形成了“养阳育阴、通调督任、灸刺并重、针药结合”的理论观点。本研究基于以往跟师学习实践，从治神、辨证观、刺灸法选择和针药结合四方面展开，总结和归纳了张老师的部分临床治疗经验与学术思想，以期为临床提高针灸疗效提供借鉴。

Abstract: Doctor Zhang Yongshu is a famous acupuncture expert in southern Fujian， and has been practicing medicine for more than 60 years. He is the representative inheritor of the intangible cultural heritage "Quanzhou Liuzhangjie Traditional Chinese Medicine Acupuncture". He has rich clinical experience in internal medicine of traditional Chinese medicine， and is famous for his skillful acupuncture techniques， solid Chinese medicine theory， and definite curative effect. Combining his long-term clinical experience in acupuncture and moxibustion， he has formed the academic viewpoint of "nourishing Yang and replenishing Yin， regulating Du and Ren meridians， paying equal attention to moxibustion and acupuncture， acupuncture combined with medicine". This article discusses doctor Zhang′s experience of improving the curative effect of acupuncture form the aspect of regulating vitality， view of syndrome differentiation， choice of acupuncture and moxibustion， and combination of acupuncture and medicine， summarizes his clinical experience and academic thoughts， in order to provide reference for improving the clinical effect of acupuncture and moxibustion.
