在高职助产学生中开展《导乐技术》情景实训的应用体会

摘要: 目的:当前导乐师培训对象主要为医院的助产士、护士、医生及妇幼保健工作者,而在高职助产学生中开展系统的《导乐技术》实训课的院校暂且不多。针对临床工作中导乐师的岗位需求,在高职助产学生中开展《导乐技术》情景实训教学的研究。方法:组建团队,进行实训室建设,并设计标准,编写《导乐技术》教材,同时建立在线资源库,采用融入助产临床情景的导乐实训教学与综合实训考核,对学生进行考核及实训效果的评价。结果:评价结果表明,开展《导乐技术》情景实训,利于增加助产学生的职业认同,提高学生解决临床问题能力、人际沟通能力和团队协作能力。结论:在高职助产学生中开展《导乐技术》情景实训教学,可有效地提高学生的核心竞争力和临床综合操作技能,值得在其他院校推广。

Abstract: Objective:At present, the training objects of “Doula” are mainly midwives, nurses, doctors and maternal and child health care workers in hospitals, while there are few colleges and universities that carry out systematic Doula technique training among midwives in higher vocational colleges. According to the clinical demand of Doula, the research of scenario training of Doula technique was carried out among midwifery students in a vocational college. Methods: Set up the team, construct the training room, design standards, compile the teaching material “Doula Technique”, and establish an online resource database. Integrate the Doula practice teaching and comprehensive practice assessment into the clinical scene of midwifery, assess the students and evaluate the effect of practice training. Results: The evaluation results showed that the scenario training of “Doula Technique” was beneficial to increase the professional identity of midwifery students, and improve their ability of solving clinical problems, interpersonal communication and teamwork. Conclusion: The scenario training of “Doula Technique” in midwifery students in higher vocational colleges can effectively improve the core competitiveness and clinical comprehensive operation skills of the students, which is worth promoting in other colleges and universities.
