摘要： 目的：使用国际实践指南报告规范（RIGHT）对血管性认知障碍临床实践指南进行报告质量评价，为研究及制定血管性认知障碍指南的学者提供参考。方法：使用计算机检索CNKI、Wanfang Database、VIP以及OVID生物医学文献数据库和PubMed、EMBASE数据库，通过网站补充检索医脉通数据库、NICE和NGC中的相关文献，筛选符合纳入要求的血管性认知障碍临床实践指南，3名研究人员在一致性检验通过后根据RIGHT声明独立提取资料并评价所纳入的指南，交叉核对，使用SPSS 23.0和Office Excel 2016处理数据。结果：共纳入10篇指南，七大领域中报告率最高的是领域一（基本信息，71.67%），其次是领域二（背景，46.25%)，报告率最低的是领域五（评审和质量保证，0%）。报告率100%的条目有1a、3、4和6，报告率为0%的条目为2、7b、8b、13b、14a、14b、14c、16、17和18b。结论：目前国内外血管性认知障碍临床实践指南报告质量不佳，建议参考RIGHT清单撰写报告，提高指南质量，更好服务于临床。

Abstract: Objective：To assess the reporting quality of clinical practice guidelines of vascular cognitive impairment using the Reporting Items for Practice Guidelines in Healthcare(RIGHT) to provide reference for scholars who research and develop guidelines of vascular cognitive impairment.Methods：CNKI， Wanfang Database， VIP， OVID biomedical， PubMed， EMBASE， Medlive database， NICE and NGC were searched to screen clinical practice guidelines of vascular cognitive impairment which meets the inclusion criteria. Three evaluators independently extracted the data and assessed the included guidelines according to the RIGHT report checklist， cross-checked and processed the data using SPSS 23.0 and Office Excel 2016. Results:10 guidelines were included. The highest reporting rate of 71.67% in RIGHT domain 1(basic information)， followed by 46.25% in domain 2 (background)， and the lowest being 0% in domain 5 (review and quality assurance).Items with 100% reporting rate were 1a， 3， 4 and 6. Items with 0% reporting race were 2，7b， 8b， 13b， 14a， 14b， 14c， 16，17 and 18b.Conclusion： At present， the reporting quality of clinical practice guidelines of vascular cognitive impairment is not good. It is recommended to write the guidelines according to the RIGHT reporting checklist to improve the quality of guidelines and serve the clinical practice better.
