基于物联网技术的六神曲生产全流程追溯监管体系构建

摘要: 目的:构建基于物联网技术的六神曲生产全流程追溯监管体系。方法:梳理物联网技术在中药材种植生产环节、中药监管模式上的应用,对“浙产名药”六神曲种植生产追溯体系进行分析,构建六神曲种植生产监管模式。结果:以物联技术为核心、数据联通为主线、矩阵赋码为载体、流程可视为关键、“人机料法环”数字化呈现为重点,可实现六神曲种植生产全流程可追溯可监管。结论:在追溯过程中融入信息技术,有利于提高监督管理的质量与效率,从饮片质量管理层面保障了广大患者用药的安全性与有效性,建立基于物联网技术的新型监管模式、规范中药产业市场秩序具有重要的研究价值与现实意义。

Abstract: Objective:To construct the whole process traceability supervision system for the production of liushenqu based on the Internet of things (IOT) technology. Methods:The application of the IOT technology in the cultivation and production of Chinese materia medica and the supervision mode of Chinese medicines were summarized. The traceability system of the cultivation and production of “Zhejiang famous medicine” liushenqu was analyzed, and production supervision mode of the cultivation and of liushenqu was constructed. Results:With IOT technology as the core, data interconnection as the main line, matrix coding as the carrier, process visualization as the key, and digital presentation of 4M1E “Man-Machine-Materials-Methods-Environment” as the focus, the whole process of cultivation and production of liushenqu can be traced and supervised. Conclusion: The integration of information technology in the tracing process is conducive to improving the quality and efficiency of supervision and management, ensuring the effectiveness and safety of liushenqu, and establishing a new supervision mode based on IOT technology, which is conducive to standardize the market order of the Chinese medicine industry.
