非编码RNA在糖尿病血管病变中的研究进展

Research Progress on Non-coding RNA in Diabetic Angiopathy

摘要: 糖尿病是以高血糖为特征的代谢性疾病,糖尿病血管病变是糖尿病主要并发症及死亡原因。糖尿病血管病变的主要病理变化包括内皮细胞凋亡和基底膜变厚,进而导致血管功能改变,最终引起器官、组织和细胞缺血缺氧。早期诊断并及时采取防治措施对于降低死亡率和残疾率有重要的意义。研究表明,非编码RNA与糖尿病血管病变的发生和发展密切相关,通过抑制或促进目标基因的表达参与糖尿病血管内皮细胞的增殖、分化以及凋亡过程,参与糖尿病血管病变的多个环节。非编码RNA有可能成为糖尿病血管病变防治的新靶点。本研究基于小非编码RNA(microRNAs,miRNA)、长链非编码RNA(lncRNAs)、环状RNA (circRNAs)在糖尿病血管病变中参与机制研究进展做一综述,探讨非编码RNA成为防治糖尿病血管病变的新靶点可能,以期为防治糖尿病血管病变的发展提供了新的思路。

Abstract: Diabetes is a metabolic disease characterized by hyperglycemia. Diabetic angiopathy is the main complication and death cause of diabetes. The main pathological changes of diabetic angiopathy include endothelial cell apoptosis and basement membrane thickening, which lead to changes in vascular function,and eventually lead to ischemia and hypoxia in organs, tissues and cells. Early diagnosis and timely prevention and treatment are important for reducing mortality and disability.Studies have shown that non-coding RNAs are closely related to the occurrence and development of diabetic angiopathy, and participate in the proliferation, differentiation and apoptosis of diabetic vascular endothelial cells by inhibiting or promoting the expression of target genes, and participate in multiple links of diabetic angiopathy. Non-coding RNA may become a new target for the prevention and treatment of diabetic angiopathy. In this study, the research progress on the mechanism of small non-coding RNAs (microRNAs,miRNA),long chain non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) and circRNAs in diabetic angiopathy was reviewed, and the possibility of non-coding RNAs becoming new targets for the prevention and treatment of diabetic angiopathy was discussed. It provides a new idea for the prevention and treatment of diabetic angiopathy.
