龙胆泻肝汤联合布地奈德对慢性鼻窦炎患者外周T淋巴细胞亚群的影响

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的：分析龙胆泻肝汤联合布地奈德对慢性鼻窦炎患者外周T淋巴细胞亚群的影响。方法：选取我院2021年3月至2023年3月收治的100例慢性鼻窦炎患者为研究对象，将其按照随机抽取法平均分为观察组和对照组，每组各50例。对照组患者仅应用雾化吸入布地奈德的方法治疗，观察组患者在此基础上加用龙胆泻肝汤的方法联合治疗。对比观察两组患者的治疗效果、血清中T淋巴细胞亚群指标变化以及生活质量评分等。结果：治疗后，观察组患者治疗效果（92.0%）优于对照组（78.0%，P＜0.05）。两组患者血清中CD3+、CD4+/CD8+和CD4+指标较治疗前均升高，CD8+较治疗前降低，且观察组患者CD3+、CD4+/CD8+和CD4+升高幅度、CD8+降低幅度均高于对照组（P＜0.05）。观察组患者生活质量评分均高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：龙胆泻肝汤联合布地奈德治疗慢性鼻窦炎，能调节其T淋巴细胞亚群水平，治疗效果较好。

Abstract: Objective： To analyze the effect of longdan xiegan decoction combined with budesonide on peripheral T lymphocyte subsets in patients with chronic sinusitis. Methods：A total of 100 patients with chronic sinusitis in our hospital from March 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the research objects. They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 50 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with aerosol inhalation of budesonide， while the patients in the observation group were treated with longdan xiegan decoction on the basis of aerosol inhalation. The therapeutic effects， changes in serum T lymphocyte subsets and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups. Results：After treatment， the therapeutic effect of the observation group （92.0%）was better than that of the control group（78.0%，P＜0.05）.The levels of CD3+， CD4+/CD8+ and CD4+ in the serum of the patients in the observation group were higher than those before treatment， and the levels of CD8+ were lower than those before treatment. The increase range of CD3+， CD4+/CD8+ and CD4+ and the decrease range of CD8+ in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).The scores of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion：Longdan xiegan decoction combined with budesonide in the treatment of chronic sinusitis can regulate the level of T lymphocyte subsets， and the therapeutic effect is remarkable.
