针刺联合芍药甘草汤对不安腿综合征患者运动障碍改善以及睡眠质量和血清蛋白的影响#br#

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的：观察针刺联合芍药甘草汤对不安腿综合征患者运动障碍改善、睡眠质量和血清蛋白的影响。方法：选择我院2021年7月至2022年7月治疗的不安腿综合征患者85例，按照随机数字表法分为两组，单一方剂组42例，给予芍药甘草汤治疗；针刺方剂联合组43例，给予针刺联合芍药甘草汤治疗。治疗前后检测两组患者血清C反应蛋白（CRP）、铁蛋白、血清白蛋白水平，测定患者150 ms、200 ms时拇短展肌运动诱发电位波幅，检测患者微觉醒指数（MAI）、慢波睡眠（Ⅲ+Ⅳ期）占比，比较两组患者匹兹堡睡眠质量指数（PSQI）、国际RLS严重程度评定量表（IRLS）得分、抑郁-焦虑-压力量表中文简版（DASS-21）得分、RLS生活质量评估工具（RLS-QLI）评价得分，比较两组患者临床疗效。结果：治疗后，针刺方剂联合组患者血清CRP水平降低幅度高于单一方剂组（P＜0.05），铁蛋白、白蛋白水平升高幅度均高于单一方剂组（P<0.05）；针刺方剂联合组患者150 ms、200 ms时拇短展肌运动诱发电位波幅降低幅度均高于单一方剂组（P<0.05）；针刺方剂联合组MAI及PSQI评分降低幅度均高于单一方剂组（P＜0.05），Ⅲ+Ⅳ期占比升高幅度高于单一方剂组（P＜0.05）；针刺方剂联合组患者IRLS、DASS-21评分降低幅度均高于单一方剂组（P＜0.05），RLS-QLI评分升高幅度高于单一方剂组（P<0.05）；针刺方剂联合组总有效率为97.67%，高于单一方剂组的80.95%（P＜0.05）。结论：针刺联合芍药甘草汤治疗不安腿综合征患者，可抑制机体炎症，改善铁蛋白、白蛋白水平，改善患者感觉运动整合功能，提升患者睡眠质量，缓解临床症状及负性情绪，提升患者生活质量及临床疗效。

Abstract: Objective：To observe the effects of acupuncture combined with shaoyao gancao decoction on improvement of motor dysfunction， sleep quality， and serum protein in patients with restless leg syndrome.Methods：85 patients with restless leg syndrome who were treated in our hospital from July 2021 to July 2022 were divided into two groups according to random number table method. The single formula group of 42 patients was treated with shaoyao gancao decoction， and the acupuncture formula combination group of 43 patients was treated with acupuncture combined with shaoyao gancao decoction. The levels of C-reactive protein (CRP)， ferritin， and serum albumin in both groups were measured before and after treatment. The amplitude of motor evoked potential of the abductor pollicis brevis muscle at 150 ms and 200 ms， micro arousal index (MAI) and the proportion of slow wave sleep (stage Ⅲ+Ⅳ) were measured. The Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)， international RLS severity rating scale (IRLS)， depression anxiety stress scale (DASS-21)， and RLS quality of life ssessment tool (RLS-QLI) score were evaluated to compare the clinical efficacy between the two groups. Results：The decrease range of serum CRP level of patients in the acupuncture formula combined group was higher than that in the single formula group (P<0.05)， while the increase range of the ferritin and albumin level of patients in the acupuncture formula combined group was higher than that of the single formula group (P<0.05). The decrease range of the amplitude of motor evoked potential of abductor pollicis brevis in the acupuncture formula combined group was higher than that in the single formula group at 150 ms and 200 ms (P<0.05). The decrease range of the MAI scores and the PSQI scores in the acupuncture formula combination group was higher than those in the single formula group (P<0.05)， and the increase range of the proportion of stage Ⅲ+Ⅳ in the acupuncture formula combination group was higher than that in the single formula group (P<0.05). The decrease range of the IRLS and DASS-21 scores of patients in the acupuncture formula combined group was higher than those in the single formula group (P<0.05)， and the increase range of the RLS-QLI scores in the acupuncture formula combined group were higher than that in the single formula group (P<0.05). The total effective rate in the acupuncture formula combined group was 97.67%， which was higher than that 80.95% in the single formula group (P<0.05). Conclusion：Acupuncture combined with shaoyao gancao decoction can inhibit inflammation， improve ferritin and albumin levels， improve sensory motor integration function， improve sleep quality， alleviate clinical symptoms and negative emotions， and improve quality of life and clinical efficacy in patients with restless leg syndrome.
