“一云多池”架构下药监数据备份方案与流程研究

摘要:

云计算是推动信息化建设的关键技术,改变着人们获取和使用计算资源的方式,推动各个领域的数字化转型和创新发展,提供高效、灵活、可扩展的按需服务,提高资源利用率。“十四五”期间国家药品监督管理局提出“筑牢药品智慧监管数字底座”,将药监云定义为“药品智慧监管数字底座”,赋能监管业务创新发展,提升药监云平台支撑能力和服务能力,优化完善药品监管信息化标准体系,推动云技术深度应用。国家药品监督管理局对国家药监云体系进行一体化设计、迭代式推进,实现云平台的建设,形成“一云多池”架构,实现业务系统的全面云化部署,同时,实现云资源弹性调度、统一管理,多个业务系统完成安全加固和迁移上云,数据的稳定、可靠、安全性成为重中之重。本研究针对云计算下的数据备份容灾,概述云灾备的必要性和重要性,基于药监云“一云多池”架构,进行数据备份研究,提出一种基于云环境的数据备份方案和流程,有助于提高药监云数据的安全性和完整性,为云平台下的药监数据安全提供新的思路。

Abstract:

Cloud computing is a key technology to promote informatization construction changing the way people obtain and use computing resources promoting digital transformation and innovative development in various fields providing efficient flexible and scalable on-demand services and improving resource utilization. During the 14th Five-Year Plan period Chinas National Medical Products Administration NMPA proposed to "build a solid digital foundation for smart drug supervision" and defined the drug supervision cloud as the "digital foundation for smart drug supervision" enabling the innovative development of drug supervision improving the support and service capabilities of the drug supervision cloud platform optimizing and improving the drug supervision informatization standard system and promoting the in-depth application of cloud technology. NMPA has integrated the design and iteratively promoted the national drug supervision cloud system to realize the construction of the cloud platform formed the "one-cloud multi-pool" architecture and realized the comprehensive cloud deployment of business systems. In addition elastic scheduling and unified management of cloud resources are implemented and multiple business systems have completed security reinforcement and migrated to the cloud. The stability reliability and security of data have become top priorities. This study focuses on data backup and disaster recovery under cloud computing outlines the necessity and importance of cloud disaster recovery conducts data backup research based on the "one-cloud multi-pool" architecture of the drug supervision cloud and proposes a data backup solution and process based on the cloud environment which will help improve the security and integrity of drug supervision cloud data and provide new ideas for drug supervision data security under the cloud platform.
