中国重症急性胰腺炎临床试验注册现况分析

摘要：

目的：基于中国临床试验注册中心（ChiCTR），分析我国重症急性胰腺炎（SAP）相关临床试验注册的现况。方法：检索建库至2024年5月31日SAP相关临床试验注册项目，提取相关资料信息并进行整理分析。结果：纳入临床试验73项，来自全国17个省级行政区，涉及39家医疗机构；研究类型以干预性研究为主，主要为随机平行对照试验；纳入随机平行对照试验中以简单随机化为主，明确提出采用盲法的仅14项；干预措施共8类，主要包括西药干预、中医中药、营养支持等；研究以单中心为主，招募样本总量为12 349例。结论：西药干预、中医中药干预、营养支持、外科介入、血液净化等干预性研究是我国SAP临床研究的重点、热点方向，与国际SAP临床热点研究相符，且中医中药独具优势，或成为未来热点研究方向。此外，近年来SAP临床试验呈现波动趋势，对临床试验注册重视程度有所提高，但整体数量仍较少，同时也存在研究者在试验设计方面水平不足、试验注册地区分布不平衡等问题。

Abstract:

Objective： To analyze the current status of clinical trial registration related to severe acute pancreatitis （SAP） in China， based on the chinese clinical trial registry （ChiCTR）.Methods： The registered Clinical trial projects related to SAP from the establishment of the databases up until May 31， 2024 were searched. Relevant data were extracted， organized， and analyzed.Results： A total of 73 clinical trials were included， involving 39 medical institutions across 17 provincial administrative regions. The majority of the studies were intervention studies， with randomized parallel controlled trials being the most common design. Among the randomized controlled trials， most used simple randomization， and only 14 trials explicitly stated the use of blinding. A total of 8 types of interventions were used， mainly including western medicine， traditional Chinese medicine （TCM）， and nutritional support. The studies were predominantly single-center， with a total recruitment of 12 349 participants.Conclusion： Interventional research on western medicine， TCM， nutritional support， surgical interventions， and blood purification are the focus and hotspot of SAP clinical research in China， which in line with international research hotspots. TCM may become a particularly prominent research focus in the future. Although the number of SAP clinical trials fluctuated in recent years， there has been an increasing emphasis on clinical trial registration， though the overall number remains low. Additionally， challenges such as insufficient trial design expertise and unbalanced regional distribution of SAP clinical trials still exist.
