产教融合视角下医学教学研究热点与趋势分析

Analysis of Research Hotspots and Trends in Medical Education from the Perspective of Industry-Education Integration

摘要:

目的:探讨产教融合视角下医学教学研究的热点与发展趋势,为推动医学教育发展提供参考。方法:采用文献计量学方法,检索中国知网建库至20241231日收录的产教融合视角下医学教学相关文献。利用Excel 2021统计文献年发文量与期刊分布,使用VOSviewer 1.6.13软件构建关键词聚类图,采用R 4.3.1软件Bibliometrix 3.13包绘制年度热点趋势图和战略坐标图。结果:共纳入394篇文献,整体发文量呈上升趋势,2018年后增幅尤为明显。发文量排名前三的期刊为《卫生职业教育》《现代职业教育》和《教育教学论坛》。关键词聚类结果表明,研究主要集中于药学类专业协同育人机制、高职护理教学改革及医学检验技术实践与创新创业能力培养。年度热点趋势表明,近3年研究聚焦于产教融合协同育人机制、实践教学创新和校企对接。战略坐标图结果显示,中药制药领域亟须加强跨学科融合;医学检验技术、药学及课程思政研究具有较大发展潜力;药学类专业的人才培养路径仍需进一步优化。结论:未来研究应注重跨学科协同与新兴技术应用,完善“双师型”师资机制与实践教学体系,推动企业深度参与和政策支持,以提升医学人才培养质量与社会服务能力。

Abstract:

Objective: To explore the research hotspots and development trends of medical education from the perspective of industry-education integration and to provide references for the advancement of medical education.Methods: Bibliometric approach were adopted in this study. The literature related to medical eduation from the perspective of industry-education integration was retrieved from the China National Knowledge Infrastructure CNKI database up to December 31 2024. The annual publication volume and journal distribution of the literature were statistically analyzed using Excel 2021. The keyword clustering graph was constructed using VOSviewer 1.6.13 software and the annual hotspot trend map and strategic coordinate diagrams were drawn using the Bibliometrix 3.13 package of R 4.3.1 software.Results: A total of 394 articles were included and the overall publication volume showed an upward trend with a particularly significant increase after 2018. The top three journals in terms of publication volume were Health Vocational Education Modern Vocational Education and Education and Teaching Forum. Keyword clustering analysis indicated that research mainly focused on the collaborative education mechanisms for pharmacy-related majors the reform of higher vocational nursing teaching the technical practice in laboratory medicine and the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship capabilities. Annual hotspot trends showed that in the past three years studies have concentrated on collaborative education mechanisms under industry-education integration innovation in practical teaching and school-enterprise cooperation. The strategic coordinate diagram revealed that the field of traditional Chinese medicine manufacturing urgently need interdisciplinary integration research in medical laboratory technology pharmacy and curriculum-based ideological and political education has great development potential and the talent training pathways in pharmacy-related majors still need further optimization.Conclusion: Future research should emphasize interdisciplinary collaboration and the application of emerging technologies improve the dual-teacher faculty mechanism and practical teaching system and promote in-depth enterprise participation and policy support so as to enhance the quality of medical talent cultivation and the capacity for social service.
