摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的:探讨中心静脉导管胸腔置入闭式引流自发性气胸的疗效基安全性。方法:对46例自发性气胸患者行胸片检查后以中心静脉导管胸腔置入闭式引流。结果:46例自发性气胸患者有43例安全有效,症状迅速缓解,肺复张后拔管出院,2例引流欠佳,改用传统粗管引流后治愈出院,1例为张力性气胸,先以粗针头穿刺排气后再行中心静脉导管胸腔置入闭式引流。结论:中心静脉导管胸腔置入闭式引流在自发性气胸诊治中简便、安全、有效,值得推广采用。

Abstract: Objective: To explore the therapeutic effect and safe of thoracic cavity closed drainage therapy spontaneous pneumothorax by central venous catheter.Methods: 46 patients with spontaneous pneumothorax were diagnosed by thoracic part x-ray,all the patients were placed thoracic cavity closed drainage by central venous catheter.Results: Among 46 patients there was 43 patients who obtained to significant treatment,3 patients failed to favourable therapy and applied traditional tube drainage.Conclusion: The treatment is convenient,safe and utility with thoracic cavity closed drainage by central venous catheter.
