Abstract: Objective:Inquires into a closing type negative press to lead to flow(VSD) technique’s clinical application value in the lanky external injury surgical operation.Methods: Collects my hospital January,2010 is divided into an observation to the clinical data of 50 lanky external injury surgical operations in January,2011 the set(N=25) and matched control(N=25) is 2 sets,among them,the observation set gives the closing type Be negative to press to lead to flow a technique to carry on repair and reconstruction,the matched control only gives the traditional method repair of normal regulations,Be to 2 sets carry on relatively checking against analysis.Results: The closing type is negative to press to lead to flow a technique to carry on repair with reconstruction of observation set obtained traditional method treatment complications of ratio to create noodles to attain of good effect.Conclusion: Research of topic is VSD is study and analytical the lanky external injury surgical operation created the treatment of noodles to provide certain theory basis and clinical fulfillment to guide value.
