摘要： 目的:探讨盐酸利多卡因凝胶在老年患者留置胃管中的应用。方法:将57名需留置胃管的患者随机分为两组,观察组29名,对照组28名。观察组留置胃管时配合使用盐酸利多卡因凝胶,对照组采用传统方法留置胃管。结果:留置胃管时配合使用盐酸利多卡因凝胶大大减轻了患者不适,基本实现了留置胃管的顺利进行,效果明显。结论:留置胃管时配合使用盐酸利多卡因凝胶,操作简便,价格便宜,效果显著,可推广使用。

Abstract: Objective:To evaluate the application of lidocaine hydrochloride gel in indwelling gastric tube for elderly patients.Methods:57 patients indwelled gastric tube were put into two groups randomly.Observation group had 29 patients while Control group had 28 patients.Lidocaine hydrochloride gel was used in indwelling gastric tube in observation group while control group used the traditional method.Results:The application of lidocaine hydrochloride gel in indwelling gastric tube relieved the discomfort of patients greatly.It helped the progress go smoothly.Conclusion:The application of lidocaine hydrochloride gel in indwelling gastric tube is easy to manipulate,cheap and effective,so that this method can be spreaded.
