摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的:探讨特重型脑外伤患者鼻饲并发症的预防性护理及对策。方法:将我院2007年12月至2010年12月收治的40例特重型脑外伤患者分为观察组和对照组,均采用鼻饲进行营养支持,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上加强对鼻饲并发症的预防,比较两组患者的存活率、并发症的发生率、家属的满意率及护理后的营养状况。结果:观察组的死亡率、并发症的发生率及护理后的营养状况均显著显著优于对照组,P<0.05。结论:加强对特重型脑外伤患者鼻饲期间并发症的预防,有利于改善患者的营养状况,减少并发症的发生。

Abstract: Objective:To investigate the preventive care countermeasures on nasogastric complications In patients with severe traumatic brain.Methods: In our hospital from 2007 Dec to 2010 Dec,40 cases of severe traumatic brain injury patients were divided into the observation group and the control group,using nasal feeding nutrition support,the control group received routine nursing,observation group on the basis of conventional nursing of nasal feeding the prevention of complications,compared two groups of patients,the survival rate of complications incidence,family satisfaction rate and nursing on nutritional status.Results:the observation group mortality,incidence of complications and nursing after the nutritional status was significantly better than the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion: to strengthen the severe traumatic brain injury patients with nasal feeding period complication prevention,is beneficial to improve the nutritional status of patients,reduce the incidence of complications.
