摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的:对比两种不同胸腔穿刺方法的临床效果。方法:将需胸腔穿刺的152例患者随机分成两组,86例采用超声十字定位后半盲穿刺,另一组66例采用全程超声引导下穿刺抽液治疗,以两组穿刺成功数、术后并发症、获得抽液量达临床要求为为评价指标。结果:全程超声引导下胸腔少量积液穿刺抽液、治疗成功率高,省时并发症少。结论:全程超声引导穿刺优于半盲穿刺,值得临床推广,特别是基层医院。

Abstract: Objective:To study the clinical effect of two different kinds of thoracentesis.Methods:152 patients were randomly divided into two groups,86 patients using ultrasound cross positioning half blind puncture,another group of 66 patients with full use of ultrasound guided puncture.All groups were evaluated with successful puncture,postoperative complications,obtained liquid pumping capacity of clinical requirements for index.Results:Full use of ultrasound guided puncture had advantage of higher successful puncture,save time and little complications.Conclusion:The entire ultrasound guided puncture is superior to semi-blind puncture,worthy of clinical application,especially in rural hospital
