摘要/Abstract

摘要： 【摘要】目的：研究慢性肾功能衰竭合并急性左心衰竭患心肌酶、肌钙蛋白的临床意义。方法：选取2010年1月～2015年1月慢性肾功能衰竭合并急性左心衰竭患者35例为观察组，选取通气慢性肾功能衰竭未合并发生急性左心衰竭患者35例为对照组。对比两组患者心肌酶、肌钙蛋白的水平及预后效果。结果：观察组心肌酶与肌钙蛋白的水平明显高于对照组，P＜0.05；观察组的死亡率明显高于对照组，两组数据对比，P＜0.05为差异有统计学意义。结论：慢性肾功能衰竭合并急性左心衰竭的患者心肌酶和肌钙蛋白的水平会明显升高，且预后效果并不理想。

Abstract: 【ABSTRACT】Objective: To study the chronic renal failure with acute left heart failure clinical significance of myocardial enzymes,troponin.Methods:From Jan 2010 to Jan 2015 chronic renal failure with 35 patients with acute left heart failure as the observation group,selection of ventilation chronic renal failure was not with acute left heart failure patients 35 cases as control group.Comparison of two groups of patients with myocardial enzymes,troponin levels and prognosis.Results:Observation group of myocardial enzymes and troponin levels are significantly higher than the control group,data comparison results (P＜0.05) was statistically significant; The mortality rate of observation group was obviously on the control group,two groups of data comparison,the result (P＜0.05) as the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:Chronic renal failure with acute left heart failure patients with myocardial enzyme and troponin levels will rise obviously,and the prognosis effect is not ideal.
