摘要/Abstract

摘要： 【摘要】目的：分析康复治疗对颈椎病患者远期疗效的干预作用。方法：笔者所在医院治疗颈椎病100例，对其进行随机分组，对照组实施常规牵引和关节松动术治疗，观察组在常规治疗基础上应用康复治疗，对比两组患者治疗后的远期疗效。结果：观察组治疗总有效率明显比对照组高；治疗后1个月两组患者疗效无明显差异（P＞0.05）。结论：应用康复治疗对颈椎病患者干预效果理想，能明显降低颈椎病复发率，提高患者的远期疗效。

Abstract: 【ABSTRACT】Objective: To analyze the rehabilitation of patients with cervical long-term efficacy of intervention.Methods: Jan 2014 to Oct our hospital 100 cases of cervical spondylosis patients as research subjects,100 patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,50 cases in each group.Conventional traction control implementation and joint mobilization treatment,observation group received conventional rehabilitation therapy,based on two groups of patients after a comparison month,six months,long-term effect 12 months.Results:No effect after one month of treatment groups were significantly different (P＞0.05).Conclusion:Rehabilitation intervention for patients with cervical desired effect,can significantly reduce the recurrence rate of cervical disease,improve long-term patient outcomes.
