摘要： 【摘要】目的：比较分析微创穿刺术与开颅血肿清除术在高血压脑出血中的应用效果。方法：选取我院2014年3月~2015年3月收治的102高血压脑出血患者，分为观察组和对照组，每组51例，分别给予微创穿刺术和开颅血肿清除术，对比两种治疗效果。结果：观察组治疗有效率、神经功能缺乏程度等情况均优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：在高血压脑出血中应用微创穿刺手术治疗效果显著，安全可靠，能有效缩短手术时间，降低患者神经功能损伤，值得临床推广和应用。
Abstract: Abstract:Objective: Comparative Analysis of minimally invasive surgery and craniotomy application results in hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. Method ：Our hospital in March 2014 to 102 patients with cerebral hemorrhage admitted in March 2015, divided into two groups and the control group, 51 cases in each group were given minimally invasive surgery and craniotomy, comparison of the two treatment. Results: The treatment efficiency, lack the degree of neurological conditions were better than in the control group (P <0.05).Conclusion: Application of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage minimally invasive surgical treatment effect is remarkable, safe and reliable, can effectively reduce the operation time and reduce neurologic injury, worthy of promotion and application.
