摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的：观察苓甘五味姜辛汤联合西医疗法治疗慢性咳嗽的临床疗效。方法：选取80例慢性咳嗽患者，利用随机数字表法分为观察组（40例；甲氧那明胶囊口服联合苓甘五味姜辛汤治疗）和对照组（40例；甲氧那明胶囊口服治疗），两组均持续治疗1个月。比较两组临床疗效、咳嗽症状评分及咳嗽消失情况。结果：观察组治疗总有效率92.50%，与对照组患者相比，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；经过治疗后，观察组患者与对照组患者比较，咳嗽消失时间显著性缩短、咳嗽消失率显著性升高，组间差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：采用苓甘五味姜辛汤联合西医疗法治疗慢性咳嗽，可促使患者治疗有效率显著提升、咳嗽症状显著好转以及咳嗽消失时间显著缩短。

Abstract: Objective： To observe the curative effect of linggan-wuwei-jiang-xin decoction combined with western medicine therapy on chronic cough. Methods： A total of 80 chronic cough patients were selected and grouped by random number as the control group (40 cases， treated with oral administration of Methoxyphenamine Capsules) and observation group(40 cases， treated with linggan-wuwei-jiangxin decoction on the basis of the treatment in the control group). The two groups were treated for 1 month. The clinical efficacy， cough symptom score and cough disappeared in two groups were compared. Results： The total efficiency of the observation group was 92.50%， which was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05). After treatment， the cough score and time for cough disappearing in the observation group were significantly lower or shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05)， and the cough disappearance rate was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion： The treatment of chronic cough with linggan-wuwei-jiangxin decoction combined with western medicine can significantly improve the treatment effective rate， significantly relieve cough symptoms and shorten cough disappearance time.
