Effect Evaluation for Core Competence of Nursing Students During the Clinical Practicum Based on the Teacher-student Integration

摘要: 目的: 探讨师生一体化模式对护理实习生核心能力培养的应用效果。方法: 将2016~2017年在呼吸内科实习的来自同一院校的10组本科实习生共60名,按组别随机分配,5组(共30名)实习生为对照组,5组(共30名)实习生为实验组。实验组采用师生一体化模式对实习生进行指导,对照组按常规一对一进行带教指导。干预前后分别由实习生自评和考核小组他评护理核心能力,在呼吸内科4周实习结束后,观察护理核心能力评分的变化。结果: 实施4周师生一体化模式后,实验组自评和他评的护理核心能力评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论: 师生一体化临床实习教学模式,可以有效提高本科护生的核心能力。

Abstract: Objective: To explore the effect of the core competence cultivation of nursing students based on teacher-student integration. Methods: 10 groups(a total of 60) nursing students in respiratory medicine from the same school of undergraduate interns from 2016 to 2017 were randomly assigned by group, 5 groups (30 cases) as the control group, 5 groups (30 cases) as the experimental group. The experimental group adopted the teacher-student integration model to guide the students, and the control group was guided by the routine one-on-one. After the four-week internship in the respiratory department, the change of nursing core competence score was observed by self-assessment and others-assessment. Results: After 4 weeks of guide based on integration of teachers and students, the nursing core competence scores in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group by self-assessment and other-assessment (P<0.05). Conclusion: Teacher-student integration model clinical practicum can effectively improve the core competence of nursing students.
