2012—2018年泌尿生殖道解脲脲原体药物敏感趋势分析

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的：分析泌尿生殖道解脲脲原体的药敏结果，了解敏感率的变化情况，指导临床合理用药。方法：收集我科2012—2018年间，检测结果为解脲脲原体阳性的结果805例，分析常用药物的敏感率变化情况。结果：在805例结果中，强力霉素、交沙霉素、美满霉素保持着较高的敏感率。2012—2018年，多数药物的敏感率都呈现下降趋势。强力霉素、交沙霉素、美满霉素、罗红霉素、左氧氟沙星、阿奇霉素等药物2018年与2012年的敏感率对比，都有所下降（P<0.05）。结论：多数药物敏感率呈下降趋势，应引起临床医师的重视；临床治疗时，建议在药敏结果指导下选择药物；如果是经验用药，建议在敏感性较高的强力霉素、交沙霉素和美满霉素等药物中选择。

Abstract: Objective：To find out the change of sensitive rate and guide clinical rational medication by analyzing the drug susceptibility of Ureaplasma urealyticum in urogenital tract. Methods： 805 ureaplasma urealyticum positive cases in our department from 2012 to 2018 were collected to analyze the change of sensitive rate of commonly used drugs. Results：Doxycycline, josamycin and minocycline kept high sensitive rate among the 805 cases. For the sensitive rate from 2012 to 2018, most drugs showed a downward trend. The sensitivity of doxycycline, josamycin, minocycline, roxithromycin, levofloxacin, azithromycin and other drugs decreased in 2018 compared with 2012 (P<0.05). Conclusion：Sensitive rates of most drugs have been decreasing, which should be paid attention by clinicians. In clinical treatment, it is suggested to select drugs under the guidance of drug sensitivity results. In case of empirical drug use, it is suggested to select drugs with high sensitivity, such as doxycycline, josamycin and minocycline.
