Abstract: The anesthesa alliance further eduction（AAFE） is one of the best medical measures to practice President Xi Jinping targeted poverty alleviation， and is an academic exchange platform between the anesthesia departments of the alliance hospitals， led by the anesthesia department of Peking University People′s hospital， and linked by the refresher anesthesiologist. How to give full play to the advantages of AAFE and strategies for establishing long-term mechanisms were discussed in this paper.Some long-term mechanisms such as the annual meeting and lectures，remote network teaching platform， helping each other in the anesthesia theories and clinical skills， priority to receive refresher anesthesiologists， and exchange and cooperation in teaching and research were adopted. These mechanisms improved the targeted measures in poverty alleviation of clinical anesthesia and the level of clinical anesthesia in primary hospitals， promoted the balance of clinical anesthesia levels in the different regions and difference levels of hospitals.
