Abstract: Objective：To analysis the core outcome set (COS) researches， in order to explore the current situation of COS researches and provide reference for researcher to carry out related researches. Methods： COS researches were obtained by searching COMET database， the Web of Science was used to obtain the publication year， journals， authors， organizations and countries of included COS researches. The VOS viewer software was used to extract the related information， and generate visual cooperation network maps for the country， organizations and authors， perform cluster analysis for keywords. Results： 896 COS researches were included， the countrise with the largest number of publications is the United States (446 articles)， the institution with the largest number of publications is University of Toronto(58 articles)， and 5 213 authors， 2 428 organizations and 77 countries were involved in the publication of the included COS researches. The countries， main institutions formed three research teams respectively， and the main authors formed six cooperative groups. There were four main research topics. Conclusion：There is enough room for the cooperation between different countries， institutions and authors， and further research should focus on the methodology of COS.
