Abstract: Objective： To summurize the practical experience of the prevention and control measures of COVID-19， and to provide reference for hospitals to face similar public health emergencies in the future. Methods： The research were carried out from the aspects of response organizational structure， independent work area layout， personnel scheduling， standard elimination and humane care and other relevant aspects. Results and Conclusion： Through the establishment of a strong organizational structure, adopting standard operating procedures and biological safety process, comprehensive prevention and control strategy, the highly effective execution， the hospital can respond to the epidemic situation accurately and quickly， ensure the efficient and benign operation of the first-line departments， provide guarantee for the successful completion of the epidemic prevention and control tasks， and provide guidance and experience for dealing with similar public health emergencies in the future.
