摘要: 开展治疗药物监测(TDM)可指导临床合理用药、提高临床治疗水平。应用灵敏、可靠的现代先进检测方法至关重要。免疫分析法作为临床实验室检测药物浓度的常用方法,具有重复性好、灵敏度高、特异性强、样品需要量少、前处理简单等优点,能够快速实现全自动化检测,目前已成为临床治疗药物血药浓度监测的快速、实用、可靠的方法。根据标记物的不同,免疫分析法可分为放射免疫法(RIA)、酶免疫法(EIA)、荧光免疫法(FIA)、化学发光免疫分析法(CLIA)4类。本研究通过PubMed数据库、万方数据库、知网数据库查阅免疫分析技术相关文献, 总结和综述免疫分析技术在临床治疗药物血药浓度监测领域中的应用,以期为临床研究者提供借鉴。

Abstract: The development of therapeutic drug monitoring(TDM) can guide the clinical rational drug use and improve the level of clinical treatment. The application of sensitive and reliable modern advanced detection methods is essential.Immunoassay is a commonly used method to detect drug concentration in clinical laboratory.Immunoassay has the advantages of good repeatability, high sensitivity, strong specificity, less sample demand and simple pretreatment. It can quickly realize fully automatic detection. It has become a fast, practical and reliable method for monitoring the blood concentration of clinical therapeutic drugs.According to different markers, it can be divided into radioimmunoassay(RIA), enzyme immunoassay(EIA), fluorescence immunoassay(FIA) and chemiluminescence immunoassay(CLIA).In this study, relevant literatures on immunoassay technology were reviewed through searching PubMed database, Wanfang database and CNKI database, and the application of immunoassay technology in the monitoring of blood concentration of clinical therapeutic drugs were summarized,with a view to provide reference for clinical researchers.
