高毒力肺炎克雷伯菌侵袭性感染的研究进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 肺炎克雷伯菌(Klebsiella pneumoniae， KP) 属于革兰阴性肠杆菌科细菌，是条件致病菌和医源性感染菌之一，根据其毒力和致病性特点不同，可分为毒力相对较弱的经典肺炎克雷伯菌和高毒力肺炎克雷伯菌(hypervirulent Klebsiella pneumoniae， hvKP)。由高毒力肺炎克雷伯菌引起的侵袭性感染可导致多器官严重损害，甚至危及生命，近年来得到广泛的关注。对高毒力肺炎克雷伯菌的毒性研究包括毒力因素、耐药性以及临床感染特性等方面。本文对高毒力肺炎克雷伯菌侵袭性感染相关研究进展加以综述，为早期判断和针对性治疗，以及提高救治的成功率提供参考。

Abstract: Klebsiella pneumoniae (KP) belongs to gram-negative Enterobacteriaceae. It is one of the opportunistic pathogens and iatrogenic infectious bacteria. According to the characteristics of virulence and pathogenicity， it can be divided into classical Klebsiella pneumoniae and hypervirulent Klebsiella pneumoniae (hvKP). The invasive infection caused by hvKP can cause serious， even life-threatening damage to multiple organs which has attracted wide attention in recent years. The studies on the virulence of hvKP include virulence factors， resistance， and the characteristics of clinical infection. This article reviewed the research progress related to the invasive infection of hvKP， so as to facilitate the early and targeted treatment， and improve the success rate of treatment.
