摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的：通过Meta分析探究镜像视觉反馈疗法对脑卒中偏瘫患者上肢功能及日常生活能力的影响。方法：检索PubMed、SCIE、Embase、Cochrane图书馆、中国生物医学文献数据库、中国知网和万方数据库，检索时间为建库至2020年4月，筛选镜像视觉反馈疗法对脑卒中偏瘫患者上肢功能障碍影响的随机对照试验。采用RevMan5.3软件进行统计学分析。结果：本研究共纳入12篇文献，共485例患者。Meta分析结果显示，镜像视觉反馈疗法对改善脑卒中偏瘫患者上肢功能具有积极意义（P＜0.05），而对患者的手部功能和痉挛状态无明显效果（P＞0.05）。结论：镜像视觉反馈疗法可在一定程度上改善脑卒中偏瘫患者患侧上肢运动功能，提高日常生活能力，但对患者的手部功能以及痉挛状态无明显改善，且每日干预时间≤30 min更有利于患者上肢功能康复。

Abstract: Objective： To identify the effect of mirror vision feedback therapy on upper limb function and daily life ability of stroke patients with hemiplegia using Meta analysis. Methods： We performed a systematic search in Embase、PubMed、Cochrane library、SCIE、CNKl、Wanfang and CBM to collect studies about the effect of mirror vision feedback therapy on upper limb function in stroke patients with hemiplegia published from construction to April 2020. RevMan 5.3 software was used for statistical analysis. Results： Twelve studies were recruited， including 485 cases.The results of Meta-analysis showed that the mirror vision feedback therapy had a positive effect on improving the upper limb function of stroke patients with hemiplegia (P<0.05)， but had no significant effect on the hand function and spasticity(P>0.05). Conclusion： The mirror vision feedback therapy can improve the upper limb function and daily life ability of stroke patients with hemiplegia， but it has no significant improvement on the hand function and spasticity and the daily intervention time≤30 minutes is more conducive to the rehabilitation of the upper limb function of the patient.
