靶向肿瘤相关巨噬细胞在肿瘤细胞治疗应用的研究进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 细胞治疗（cell therapy）是利用自体或异体细胞，通过细胞代替、修复或增强受损组织或系统，帮助减轻或治愈疾病的生物治疗手段。细胞疗法的迅速发展为肿瘤治疗提供了新的技术手段，其中免疫细胞治疗已经被广泛研究并应用于临床肿瘤治疗中。肿瘤微环境(TME)对肿瘤的形成、迁移以及免疫抑制方面都发挥着至关重要的作用。巨噬细胞是TME中重要的免疫细胞，具有高度的可塑性，在组织发育、维持体内平衡、清除细胞碎片、消除病原体和调节炎症反应方面发挥着多重功能。目前肿瘤相关巨噬细胞（TAMs）已成为免疫治疗研究热点，在肿瘤治疗中潜力较大，近年来备受关注。本研究拟就巨噬细胞在肿瘤细胞疗法中发挥的作用以及近年来对靶向TAMs应用于肿瘤治疗的研究进展进行综述，以期为细胞治疗应用临床实践提供借鉴。

Abstract: Cell therapy is a biological treatment that uses autologous or allogeneic cells to help alleviate or cure disease by replacing， repairing， or enhancing damaged tissue or systems. The rapid development of cell therapy provides new technical means for tumor therapy， immune cell therapy has been widely studied and applied in the clinical treatment of tumor.Tumor microenvironment (TME) plays an important role in tumor formation， migration and immunosuppression.Macrophages are important immune cells in TME and have a high degree of versatility. It plays multiple functions in tissue development， maintenance of homeostasis， elimination of cell debris， elimination of pathogens and regulation of inflammatory response.At present， Tumor-associated macrophages(TAMs) has become a hot spot in the research of immunotherapy， and has great potential in the treatment of Tumor. This study reviewed the role of macrophages in tumor cell therapy and the research progress on targeting TAMs in tumor therapy in recent years， in order to provide reference for clinical practice of cell therapy.
