摘要: 间充质干细胞(MSCs)是来源于中胚层的多能干细胞,广泛存在于全身结缔组织和器官间质中,有胎儿附属物、骨髓、脂肪、子宫、胎肝等多种来源,具有支持造血、促进干细胞植入、免疫调控和自我复制等特点,分化潜能高,自我更新能力强,免疫原性低,是再生医学和免疫调节治疗极具应用前景的组织工程种子细胞,在修复组织损伤、对抗皮肤衰老方面有良好的前景和潜力。间充质干细胞能通过多种方式抑制机体炎症反应,促进细胞增殖和胶原蛋白及弹性蛋白产生,起到延缓皮肤衰老的作用。鉴于此,本研究梳理了间充质干细胞的分类和作用,分析了皮肤衰老的特点和机制,深入阐述间充质干细胞在延缓皮肤衰老中的作用及其应用,以期为进一步扩展间充质干细胞在再生医学中的应用价值奠定理论基础。

Abstract: Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) are pluripotent stem cells derived from mesoderm, which widely exist in connective tissue and interstitium organs throughout the body, and can be drrived from fetal appendages, bone marrow, uterus, fat, fetal liver and other sources. They have the characteristic of supporting hematopoiesis, facilitating stem cells implantation, immune regulation and self-replicating, and with high differentiation potential, self-renewal ability, low immunogenicity. Adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells (ADIpose-derived mesenchymal stem cells) are highly promising seed cells for regenerative medicine and immunomodulatory therapy. They have good prospect and potential in repairing tissue damage and fighting skin aging. Mesenchymal stem cells can inhibit the inflammatory response, promote cell proliferation and the production of collagen and elastin, and thus play a role in delaying skin aging. In view of this, this study reviewed the classification and role of mesenchymal stem cells, analyzed the characteristics and mechanism of skin aging, and elaborated the role and application of mesenchymal stem cells in delaying skin aging,in order to lay a theoretical foundation for further expanding the application value of mesenchymal stem cells in regenerative medicine.
