2017—2020年我院医院制剂应用情况分析

摘要： 目的：分析广州中医药大学第一附属医院近年来医院制剂的应用情况，探讨中医院制剂的未来发展趋势。方法：利用医院库存管理信息系统，对2017——2020年我院医院制剂出库数量、出库金额及制剂品种数等进行回顾性统计分析，将使用量、不同剂型用药构占比、各专科用药构成比、用药频率（DDDs）等作为评价指标，分析医院制剂的使用特点及发展趋势。结果：我院医院制剂出库数量和金额整体呈增长趋势，中药制剂占医院制剂总销量比高于99%；专科用药方面，骨伤科、消化系统、呼吸系统医院制剂用药量连续4年稳居前3，年用药金额构成比均在10%以上；用药剂型以片剂、合剂、胶囊剂、颗粒剂为主导剂型；通痹宁片、复方川贝枇杷止咳露、加味胃炎消片、昆藤通痹合剂、袁氏生脉成骨片、胃肠舒片、柴葛感冒退热颗粒、消胀片连续4年在内服医院制剂中DDDs排名前10位；五味双柏散、加味双柏膏、舒乐宁洗剂、通络祛风散、痔冲洗洗剂的使用量连续4年在我院外用医院制剂中排前5位。结论：我院医院制剂用量逐年增长，持续发展空间大，人用经验丰富。基于医院“专科优势”特色，发挥医疗机构制剂在人用经验中药创新药研发的优势，能帮助医疗机构制剂向中药新药的研究路线发展。

Abstract: Objective：By analyzing the application situation of hospital preparations in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine（TCM） in recent years， to explore the future development trend of TCM hospital preparations. Methods： The hospital inventory management information system was used to retrospectively analyze the number and amount of hospital preparations out of the warehouse， and the variety of hospital preparations from 2017 to 2020.The using amount， proportion of different dosage forms， proportion in each department and DDDs were used as evaluation indicators to analyze the characteristics and development trends of hospital preparations. Results: The number and amount of hospital preparations out of the warehouse in our hosptial showed the overall upward trend. TCM preparations accounted for more than 99% of the total sales of hospital preparations. In terms of specialty medicines， the amount of hospital preparations for orthopedics， digestive system， and respiratory system remained the top three for four consecutive years. The composition ratio of the amount is above 10%.The main dosage forms are tablets，mixtures， capsules， and granules. The DDDs of Tongbi Ning Pian， Fufang Chuanbei Pipa Zhikelu， Jiawei Weiyanxiao Pian， Kunteng Tongbi Heji， Yuanshi Shengmai Chenggu Pian， Weichangshu Pian， Chaige Ganmao Tuire Keli and Xiaozhang Pian ranked in the top 10 in oral hospital preparations for 4 consecutive years.The using amount of Wuwei Shuangbai San， Jiawei Shuangbai Gao， Shulening Xiji， Tongluo Qufeng San， and Zhichongxi Xiji ranked the top 5 in external hospital preparations for 4 consecutive years. Conclusion： The using amount of hospital preparations in our hospital has increased year by year， with a large room for sustainable development， good clinical application recognition， and rich experience in human use. Based on the characteristics of the hospital′s "specialty advantage"， the human use experience advantages of hospital preparations in the research and development of innovative TCM can help medical institutions to develope to the route of researching new TCM.
