摘要/Abstract

摘要： 中医将糖尿病归属于“消渴病”范畴，“热结阴伤”为该病的基本病机，临床主要表现为口渴多饮、消谷善饥、小便量多、尿有甜味、疲乏无力或消瘦。由糖尿病引起的并发症诸多，涉及人体的眼、脑、心、肾、血管、神经等。中医中药在防治糖尿病前期、糖尿病及糖尿病并发症方面有明显优势。本研究以中医理论为依托，结合当前中医中药治疗糖尿病及其并发症应用情况，试述糖尿病及其并发症的中医病因病机及治疗原则，以期为糖尿病及其并发症的中医治疗提供借鉴。

Abstract: In traditional Chinese medicine， diabetes is classified as"xiaoke disease"， and "heat accumulation and yin deficiency" is the basic pathogenesis of diabetes. There are many complications caused by diabetes， involving the eyes， brain， heart， kidney， blood vessels， nerves， etc. Traditional Chinese medicine has obvious advantages in the prevention and treatment of prediabetes， diabetes and diabetes complications. Based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine and the current application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of diabetes and its complications， this paper describes the etiology， pathogenesis and treatment principles of diabetes and its complications，in order to provide reference for the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of diabetes and its complications.
