新癀片微生物限度检查方法适用性研究

摘要: 摘要 目的:建立新癀片的微生物限度检查方法。方法:按照中国药典2020年版四部通则1105,1106,1107对新癀片开展方法适用性研究。结果:新癀片对金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草芽孢杆菌有抑菌活性,采用1:100供试液时,需氧菌总数计数方法成立;霉菌和酵母菌总数计数采用平皿倾注法(1:10);控制菌检查中耐胆盐革兰阴性菌采用培养基稀释法(500ml),其余采用常规检查法。结论:本研究建立的方法有效可行,可用于新癀片微生物限度检查。

Abstract: Abstract Objective To establish a method for microbial limit test of Xinhuang tablets.Methods According to the Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2020 edition four general rules 1105, 1106, 1107 to Xinhuang tablets to carry out the applicability of the method.Results Xinhuang tablet has bacteriostatic activity against Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus subtilis. When 1:100 test solution is used, the method for counting the total number of aerobic bacteria is established; The total number of molds and yeasts was counted by the plate pouring method (1:10); The culture medium dilution method (500ml) was used to detect the gram-negative bacteria resistant to bile salts, and the routine method was used to detect the rest.Conclusion The established method is effective and feasible, and can be used for the microbial limit test of Xinhuang tablets.
