PBL-超星学习通平台混合教学模式在《临床麻醉学》教学中的应用效果

Application Effects of PBL-Chaoxing Learning Platform Blended Teaching Mode in the Course of Clinical Anesthesiology

摘要: 目的:探讨PBL-超星学习通平台混合教学模式在《临床麻醉学》教学中的应用效果。方法:以甘肃省某大学2018、2019级麻醉学专业本科在校学生为研究对象,将2019级30名学生设为试验组,2018级28名学生设为对照组。试验组采用PBL-超星学习通平台混合教学模式进行教学,对照组采用普通线上教学法进行教学,教材选用郭曲练、姚尚龙主编的《临床麻醉学(第4版)》(人民卫生出版社出版)。通过期末理论测试、操作考评及问卷调查评估教学效果,用SPSS 22.0软件处理所有数据。结果:教学问卷调查结果显示,试验组学生在课前准备、课堂参与度、收集信息能力、学习主动性、学习有效性、系统理解知识能力、分析及解决问题能力、实践操作能力、团队合作能力、师生沟通程度和对教师满意度等方面均优于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组学生的理论考试成绩和实践考试成绩均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:PBL-超星学习通平台混合教学模式改善了《临床麻醉学》的教学效果,可有效地训练本科生的临床思维,培养其构建问题、综合分析和解决问题的能力,提高了学生对教学的满意度,促进了学生学习的积极性和学习效率,可作为一种新型教学方法应用于《临床麻醉学》本科教学工作中。

Abstract: Objective:To explore the application effect of problem-based learning (PBL)-Chaoxing learning platform blended teaching mode in the course of Clinical Anesthesiology. Methods: The undergraduate students majoring in anesthesiology in grades 2018 and 2019 of a university in Gansu Province were selected as the research objects.A total of 30 students of grade 2019 were set as the experimental group, and 28 students of grade 2018 were set as the control group.The PBL-Chaoxing learning platform blended teaching mode was used in the experimental group, while the normal online teaching was used in the control group. The fourth edition of Clinical Anesthesiolog published by People′s Medical Publishing House, edited by Guo Qulian and Yao Shanglong,was used as the textbook.The final theoretical test,operation evaluation scores and questionnaire survery were used to evaluate the teaching effect. SPSS 22.0 software was used for statistical analysis. Results:The results of the questionnaire survery showed that the pre-class preparation, class participation, ability of information collection, learning initiative, learning effectiveness, ability to systematically understand knowledge, ability to analyze and solve problems, practical operation ability, teamwork ability, degree of teacher-student communication and satisfaction with the teachers of students in the experimental group were better than those of the control group (P<0.05). The theoretical examination scores and operation evaluation scores of students in the experimental group were better than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The PBL-Chaoxing learning platform blended teaching mode improved the teaching effect of Clinical Anesthesiology, effectively trained undergraduate students′ clinical thinking, cultivated their ability to raise problem, comprehensive analysis and solve the problem, improved students′ satisfaction with teaching, promoted students′ learning enthusiasm and learning efficiency, and can be applied to the undergraduate teaching of Clinical Anesthesiology as a new teaching method.
