超星学习通平台结合BOPPPS教学模式在医学教学实践中应用效果的Meta分析

Meta-analysis of the Application Effect of Chaoxing Learning Platform Combined with BOPPPS Teaching Mode in Medical Courses Teaching

摘要: 目的:评价超星学习通平台结合BOPPPS教学模式在医学相关课程教学应用实践中的教学效果,旨在为医学课程教学改革提供参考。方法:计算机检索中国知网、万方数据库、维普资讯网和中国生物医学文献数据库,获取国内超星学习通平台结合BOPPPS教学模式在医学相关课程教学应用的有关研究,由2名评价员独立筛选文献、提取资料后,采用ROBINS-I对最终纳入的研究进行质量评价,并采用RevMan 5.4软件进行Meta分析。结果:最终纳入文献8篇。Meta分析结果显示,超星学习通平台结合BOPPPS教学模式在医学相关课程应用的教学效果优于传统的以教师为中心的面授教学,其中自主学习能力总分[MD=9.05,95%CI:4.28~13.83]、综合成绩[MD=0.51,95%CI:0.33~0.69]等方面差异有统计学意义。结论:结合BOPPPS和超星学习通平台的教学模式,可以提升学生自主学习能力,提高学生综合成绩,活跃课堂氛围,提高教学质量,是一种符合当下时代背景、值得推广的创新型教学模式。

Abstract: Objective:To assess the application effect of Chaoxing learning platform combined with BOPPPS teaching mode in the teaching of medical-related courses, and provide reference for medical course teaching reform. Methods:CNKI,Wanfang,VIP and CBM databases were searched, and studies related to the Chaoxing learning platform combined with the BOPPPS teaching mode were obtained.Two evaluators independently screened the literature, extracted the information, and used ROBINS-I to evaluate the quality of the included studies, and the RevMan 5.4 software was used for Meta-analysis. Results: Eight articles were finally included.The results of the Meta-analysis showed that the teaching effect of Chaoxing learning platform combined with the BOPPPS teaching mode was better than the traditional lecture-lased learning in total score of independent learning ability[MD=9.05,95% CI:4.28-13.83],comprehensive scores[MD=0.51,95% CI:0.33-0.69],etc, and the difference in those aspects are of statistical significance. Conclusion: The combination of BOPPPS teaching mode and Chaoxing learning platform can improve students′ independent learning ability,improve students′ comprehensive scores,activate the classroom atmosphere and improve the teaching quality, which is an innovative teaching mode worth promoting.
