Abstract: At present， digital government construction has entered a stage of improvement in China. Digital government has become a grip strength for promoting the construction of a service-oriented government. Apart from that，it has become an important booster for integrated government construction and an major tool for improving the intelligent governance. The government websites are platforms which perform its duties and provide services to the society. Learning mature websites′strengths as well as website construction experience can better build and develop “Internet+Government affairs” related projects in China. The United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is a federal government agency under the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services， which its responsible for the enforcement of the Federal Food， Drug and Cosmetic Act. This study intends to explain FDA website homepage′s layout and functional modules， analyse websites search， information association， menu distribution，navigation， website map and other settings. We conclude the uniqueness of FDA website in terms of technology and database design， in order to provide reference for further improving websites construction and service efficiency in China.
