浅谈零售药店执业药师职责和作用

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的：探讨零售药店执业药师的职责和作用，为发挥执业药师作用、加强执业药师管理提供参考。方法：通过梳理相关法律法规与规章制度，分析对于零售药店执业药师履行职责的要求，提出发挥执业药师作用的建议。结果与结论：零售药店执业药师在执业单位负责药品质量管理、处方审核和调配、合理用药指导、药物警戒、慢性疾病管理等工作。建议相关管理部门制定配套制度，细化零售药店执业药师岗位职责要求；根据工作实际情况，制订零售药店执业药师药学服务规范和标准；开展药学服务实践能力培训，提升执业药师能力和素质，更好地发挥执业药师专业价值和作用。

Abstract: Objective：Discuss the responsibilities and roles of licensed pharmacists in retail pharmacies，and provide reference for giving play to the role of licensed pharmacists and strengthening the management of licensed pharmacists. Methods：Through sorting out the relevant legal provisions of licensed pharmacists， analyze the requirements for licensed pharmacists in retail pharmacies to perform their duties， and put forward suggestions on how to play the role of licensed pharmacists. Results and Conclusion: Licensed pharmacists in retail pharmacies are responsible for drug quality management， prescription review and dispensing， guidance on rational drug use， pharmacovigilance， and chronic disease management in the practicing units. It is suggested the relevant administrative departments should formulate supporting systems to refine the job responsibilities of licensed pharmacists in retail pharmacies， formulate specifications and standards for pharmaceutical care of licensed pharmacists in retail pharmacies according to the actual situation，carry out pharmaceutical care practical ability training to enhance the ability and qualities of licensed pharmacists， and give full play to the professional value and role of licensed pharmacists.
