摘要: 医疗器械唯一标识(unique device identifier,UDI)是医疗器械唯一的识别码,是准确采集医疗器械全生命周期数据的基础,也是目前医疗器械监管领域的热点。零部件直接标记(direct part mark,DPM)是一种永久性条码标记技术,与其他常见的条码符号标签相比,DPM具有适应恶劣环境、抗磨损、抗污染、寿命长等特点,能够满足医疗器械全生命周期的数据采集、质量监管和追溯管理需求。该项技术是实现UDI永久性标记的重要手段,是医疗器械条码标识的发展趋势。本研究拟结合我国实施UDI的推进情况,系统分析DPM二维条码标记在医疗器械上应用时数据载体、标记方式等的选择,总结经验并提出医疗器械直接标记的改进建议,以期为与DPM技术融合的二维条码标准化提升提供前期研究基础,为我国精准开展和推进实施UDI工作提供技术支撑与参考。

Abstract: The unique device identifier(UDI) is the unique identification code of medical devices, which is the basis of accurately collecting medical devices′ whole life cycle data, and is also the hot spot in the field of medical device supervision. Direct part mark(DPM)is a permanent bar code marking technology. Compared with other common bar code labels, DPM has the characteristics of adapting to harsh environment, anti-wear, anti-pollution and long service life etc.It can meet the requirements of data collection, quality supervision and traceability management in the whole life cycle of medical devices. This technology is an important means to realize UDI permanent marking and is the development trend of medical device bar code marking. This study intends to systematically analyze the choice of data carrier and marking method for the application of DPM 2D code marking on medical devices based on the advancement of UDI implementation in China. The experience was summarized and suggestions for improvement of direct marking of medical devices were put forward, in order to provide a preliminary research basis for the standardization improvement of 2D code integrated with DPM technology, and provide technical support and reference for the accurate implementation and promotion of UDI in China.
