50种清热类中药对金黄色葡萄球菌抑菌作用的聚类分析#br#

摘要: 目的: 测定50种清热类中药对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌作用,对比不同类型的清热药物对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌效果及差异,旨在为治疗感染性疾病提供新的治疗思路。方法:通过牛津杯法测定药物抑菌圈直径与吸光值两个指标,对中药的抑菌能力进行评价。结果与结论:聚类分析表明,50种不同类型的清热药对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌效果、清热作用和药用部位分类并不完全一致。50种清热类中药中,秦皮、黄芩、紫花地丁、连翘、马齿苋、黄连、板蓝根、半枝莲、苦参、金银花、青蒿、赤芍等清热类中药对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌效果明显,可作为防治金黄色葡萄球菌引起的感染类疾病的一种新型治疗手段。

Abstract: Objective: To compare the bacteriostatic effects on Staphylococcus aureus of 50 different types of heat-clearing Chinese medicine by measuring their bacteriostatic effects on Staphylococcus aureus, so as to provide new idea for the treatment of infections diseases. Methods: The bacteriostatic ability of the medicine was evaluated by measuring the diameter of the inhibition zone by the Oxford Cup method and the indicater of absorbance. Results and Conclusion: Cluster analysis showed that the bacteriostatic effects Staphylococcus aureus of the 50 different types of heat-clearing drugs were not the same. Among the 50 different types of heat-clearing Chinese medicines, Ash Bark, Baikal skullcap Root, Purpleflouer violet weeping Forsythia, Portulaca oleracea, Coptis chinensis, Indigowoard Root, Scutellaria barbata, Sophora flavescens, Honeysuckle, Artemisia annua, Red peony and other heat clearing traditional Chinese medicines have obvious bacteriostatic effects on Staphylococcus aureus, and can be used as a new treatment method for preventing and treating infectious diseases caused by Staphylococcus aureus.
