Abstract: The traditional inside-hospital SPD service model is limited by the space， personnel and facilities of individnal hospitals， and has to solve the problems of high cost， high investment and resource sharing. Based on the existing mature SPD operating mode and the development trend at home and abroad， this study analyzes the new demands of medical institutions for SPD both inside and outside the hospital. In order to improve the overall efficiency of the supply chain and solve the cost and service quality problems faced by medical institutions， this study explores the core path of individual SPD， outside-hospital SPD and city SPD， and divides the existing outside-hospital warehouse management mode into five stages， namely， stripping， relocation， clustering， independence and urbanization. Through the “Four Fixity”， the service inside the hospital has been standardized， service efficiency has been improved， and the traditional inside-hospital SPD business has been moved out of the hospital， thus the regional outside-hospitalcentralized management is achieved.The pilot project has proved that SPD service resources can be shared between medical community and medical group， and under the background of regional integration， regional sharing outside-hospital SPD service model，which is feasible and possesses obvious advantages， can effectively solve the limitations of single SPD projects.
