0.01%阿托品滴眼液与视功能训练治疗儿童近视的疗效及其影响因素分析#br#

Effect of 0.01% Atropine Eye Drops and Visual Function Training on Myopiain Children and Its Influencing Factors#br#

摘要: 目的:探讨0.01%阿托品滴眼液与视功能训练治疗儿童近视的疗效及其影响因素。方法:选取某院2021年2月至2022年10月收治的224例近视患儿作为研究对象,按照先后顺序单双号差异随机分为联合治疗组(n=112)及滴眼液组(n=112)。滴眼液组患儿予以佩戴单光眼镜及0.01%阿托品滴眼液治疗,联合治疗组患儿则于滴眼液组基础上增用视功能训练治疗。对比两组患儿疗效及视力水平。以单因素及多因素Logistic回归分析明确疗效影响因素。结果:联合治疗组患儿有效率87.50%高于滴眼液组(73.21%,P<0.05)。治疗24周后,两组患儿裸眼视力、瞳孔直径、屈光度较治疗前均升高(P<0.05),且联合治疗组患儿裸眼视力、瞳孔直径、屈光度升高幅度均高于滴眼液组(P<0.05)。有效组患儿年龄小于无效组,且入院时裸眼视力高于无效组患儿(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析结果显示,年龄、入院时裸眼视力及治疗方式均是近视患儿疗效的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:在0.01%阿托品滴眼液的基础上,增用视功能训练可提高近视患儿疗效,改善视力水平。此外,年龄、入院时裸眼视力及治疗方式均对近视患儿疗效有影响,应予以重点关注。

Abstract: Objective:To investigate the effect of 0.01% atropine eye drops and visual function training on myopia in children and its influencing factors. Methods:A total of 224 children with myopia admitted in the hospital from February 2021 to October 2022 were selected. They were randomly divided into the combined treatment group (112 cases) and the eye drop group (112 cases) according to the difference of odd-even number. The eye drop group was treated with monocle and 0.01% atropine eye drops, and the combined treatment group was treated with visual function training on the basis of the eye drop group. The efficacy and visual acuity of the two groups were compared. Single factor and multiple factor Logistic regression analysis were used to determine the influencing factors of curative effect. Results:The effective rate of the combined treatment group was 87.50%,which was higher than that of the eye drop group (73.21%, P<0.05). After 24 weeks of treatment, the naked eye visual acuity, pupil diameter and diopter of the two groups were higher than those before treatment (P<0.05). The increases of the naked eye visual acuity, pupil diameter and diopter in the combined treatment group were higher than those in the eye drop group (P<0.05). The age of children in the effective group was younger than that in the ineffective group, and the naked eye visual acuity at admission was higher than that in the ineffective group (P<0.05). The results of Logistic regression analysis showed that age, naked eye visual acuity at admission and treatment were the influencing factors (P<0.05). Conclusion: On the basis of 0.01% atropine eye drops, visual function training can improve the therapeutic effect and visual acuity level of children with myopia. In addition, age, naked eye visual acuity at admission and treatment all affect the efficacy of children with myopia, which should be paid more attention.
