基于数联网的医药临床试验数据基础设施探索

摘要:

临床试验在医药领域发挥着至关重要的基础作用。开展医药临床试验需要在临床试验机构、药品研发企业和监管部门等多主体之间交换医药临床试验数据,面临着数据来源主体广种类多、数据敏感安全保障难、数据流转处理复杂难以追溯等问题。针对这些问题,本研究基于数联网技术体系研发了医药临床试验数据基础设施——医药数联网,通过将临床试验相关数据封装为数字对象,并将其唯一持久标识面向全网注册发布,实现临床试验数据的全网可确权和可定位;通过基于可信计算的数据多维度多粒度加密访存技术,实现临床试验数据的全量可发现和可访问;通过交换标识在不同主体和系统之间流转数据并存证标识之间的关系,实现临床试验数据的全程可追溯和可审计。医药数联网已在多个场景开展了探索性应用,可为医学数据融合分析、药品智慧监管、协同医疗服务等提供有效技术支撑。

Abstract:

Clinical trials play a critical foundational role in medicine field. Conducting medical clinical trials requires the exchange of clinical trial data among multiple stakeholders including clinical trial institutions pharmaceutical R&D companies and regulatory authorities. This process faces challenges such as the diversity of data sources ensuring the security of sensitive data and the complexity of data flow and processingwhich makes traceability difficult. To address these issues this study develops the Medical Internet of data a data infrastructure for medical clinical trials based on the Internet of data IoD technology. By encapsulating clinical trial-related data as digital objects and registering and publishing their unique persistent identifiers PIDs across the global network the system ensures that clinical trial data can be uniquely verified and located. Using multi-dimensional and multi-granularity encryption access technologies based on trusted computing the system guarantees the full discoverability and accessibility of clinical trial data. Furthermore by exchanging identifiers to transfer data between different entities and systems and recording the relationships between these identifiers it enables full traceability and auditability of clinical trial data. The medical Internet of data has been explored in various scenarios and provides effective technical support for medical data integration and analysis intelligent drug regulation and collaborative medical services.
