链式质控结合数字化管理在医院药房的应用效果分析

Analysis of the Application Effect of Chain-Based Quality Control Combined with Digital Management in Hospital Pharmacies

摘要:

目的:探讨将链式质控与数字化管理有机结合应用于医院药房管理的价值,并评估其在提升药学服务质量方面的作用。方法:采用对照研究设计,20238月至20247月,门诊部药房实施传统管理流程作为对照组(随机抽取处方750份),20248月至20257月,推行链式质控与数字化管理相结合的综合管理模式作为观察组(随机抽取处方750份)。比较两组在药品调配差错、药房投诉、药师工作效率、药房管理质量、药品管理质量及患者满意度等多维指标上的差异。结果:观察组的药品调配差错率与药房投诉率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。在工作效率方面,观察组的平均日调配处方数量高于对照组,而单次处方调配耗时及每日库存盘点时间缩短(P<0.05)。药房管理方面,观察组在药房环境整洁度、药品分类合理性、储存条件规范性等方面评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。药品管理方面,观察组药品管理规范性评分与库存周转率明显上升,药品损耗率下降(P<0.05)。患者满意度方面,观察组的整体满意度达到95.67%,高于对照组的86.33%P<0.05)。结论:链式质控与数字化管理的结合不仅能够有效减少药房差错和纠纷,还能提升药师工作效率和药房运行质量,促进医院药房药品管理的精细化、标准化和可追溯化。该模式有助于提高患者对药学服务的信任与满意度,为现代医院药学管理模式的优化与推广提供了实践依据和参考价值。

Abstract:

Objective: To explore the value of integrating chain-based quality control with digital management in hospital pharmacy management and to evaluate its role in improving the quality of pharmaceutical services.Methods: A before-and-after controlled study was conducted in the outpatient pharmacy of our hospital. Traditional management procedures were implemented from October 2023 to September 2024 serving as the control group 750 prescriptions randomly sampled. From October 2024 to September 2025 a comprehensive management model combining chain-based quality control and digital management was applied as the observation group 750 prescriptions randomly sampled.The two groups were compared across multiple indicators including dispensing errors pharmacy complaints pharmacist work efficiency pharmacy management quality drug management quality and patient satisfaction.Results: The dispensing error rate and complaint rate in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group P<0.05. In terms of work efficiency the average daily number of prescriptions dispensed in the observation group was higher than the coutrol group while the dispensing time required per prescription and daily inventory checking time were reduced P<0.05. Regarding pharmacy management the observation group achieved higher scores in cleanliness rational drug classification and compliance with storage conditions P<0.05. In drug management the scores of drug management standardization and inventory turnover rate in the observation group increased and drug loss rate reduced P<0.05. In patient satisfaction the overall satisfaction in the observation group reached 95.67% higher than 86.33% in the control group P<0.05.Conclusion: The combination of chain-based quality control and digital management can effectively reduce dispensing errors and disputes improve pharmacist wore efficiency and pharmacy operation quality and promote refined standardized and traceable drug management in hospital phanmany. This model helps enhance patient trust and satisfaction with pharmaceutical services and provides practical evidence and reference for optimizing and promoting modern hospital pharmacy management models.
