基于GMP理念的高职制药专业实践教学改革研究

摘要:

高职制药专业重在根据医药产业需求培养一线从业人员,其实践教学肩负着职业技能和职业习惯培养的重要责任,专业实践教学成为培养学生动手能力和职业素养的必要环节。医药产业对从业人员具备GMP(药品生产质量管理规范)理念、严谨规范的职业素养有着迫切的需求。本研究基于高职制药专业的人才培养目标和药品生产GMP管理模式,对我校制药专业实践教学现状进行分析,探讨实践教学改革路径。基于校企合作平台实施教学改革,包括开发探究性实践项目,建设规范和精细化管理的实景化实践教学场所,引入过程管理和成果导向的学习成果评价机制,实施校企双师教学和考评,形成高效教学范式,实现岗课融通、以赛促学。通过改革,我校制药专业实践教学逐步规范和贴近药企实际,有效提升了实践教学质量。基于GMP理念改革实践教学,提升实训基地规范化管理水平,有利于培养学生良好的规范意识、精益求精的品质和创新精神,提高学生职业素养和专业技能,满足制药企业对高素质技术技能人才的需求。

Abstract:

Higher vocational pharmaceutical major focuses on cultivating front-line practitioners according to the needs of the pharmaceutical industry. Its practical teaching shoulders the important responsibility of cultivating vocational skills and professional habits and professional practical teaching has become a necessary link to cultivate students' operational ability and professional competence. The pharmaceutical industry has an urgent demand for practitioners to possess the concept of GMP Good Manufacturing Practice for Pharmaceutical Products and rigorous and standardized professionalism. Based on the talent cultivation goals of the pharmaceutical major in higher vocational colleges and the GMP management model of drug production this study analyzes the current situation of practical teaching in the pharmaceutical major of our college and explores the reform path of practical teaching. Based on the school-enterprise cooperation platform practical teaching reforms were carried out including the development of exploratory practice projects the creation of real-scene practical teaching site with standardized and refined management the introduction of process management and outcomes-based evaluation system the implementation of teaching by school-enterprise dual teachers the formation of efficient teaching paradigm and the realization of the integration of positions and courses and promoting learning through competitions. Through the reform our colleges practical teaching has been gradually standardized and brought closer to the actual situation of pharmaceutical enterprises effectively improving the quality of practical teaching. Reforming practical teaching based on the GMP concept and enhancing the standardized management level of the practical teaching site is conducive to cultivating students' good awareness of norms the quality of striving for excellence and the spirit of innovation improving students' professional competence and expertise and meeting the demand from pharmaceutical enterprises for high-quality technical and skilled talents.
