摘要/Abstract

摘要： 糖尿病心肌病（DCM）是指排除高血压、冠心病等危险因素，由糖尿病引起的心肌损害，主要表现为心脏微血管病变和心肌代谢紊乱。DCM的形成是一个复杂的病理过程，多种因素参与其发生、发展过程。心室重塑是DCM后期最具特征性的结构改变，也是多种心脏疾病发展到一定阶段的共同病理改变。本文从TGF-β1/Smad信号通路、代谢障碍、氧化应激以及肾素-血管紧张素系统（RAS）激活等方面阐述DCM心室重塑的病理改变及发病机制研究进展，以期为临床早期干预治疗DCM提供借鉴。

Abstract: Diabetic cardiomyopathy (DCM) refers to the myocardial damage caused by diabetes，which exclude risk factors such as hypertension and coronary heart disease etc.DCM is mainly manifested as cardiac microvascular disease and myocardial metabolic disorders. The formation of DCM is a complex pathological process， and multiple factors participate in its occurrence and development. Ventricular remodeling is the most characteristic structural change in the late stage of DCM， and it is also a common pathological change in the development of a variety of heart diseases. This article makes a review about research progress on ventricular remodeling in DCM in the TGF-β1/Smad signaling pathway， metabolic disorders， oxidative stress， and renin-angiotensin (RAS) activation and so on， in order to provide reference for early clinical intervention and treatment of DCM.
