Abstract: Objective： To explore the effect of family doctor contract and regular WeChat follow-up management mode for key pregnant women in community follow-up. Methods： 300 key pregnant women who were followed up regularly and voluntary in this project in our community from September 1， 2017 to December 31， 2018 were selected as the research objects. Family doctors signed the contract. According to the random number table method， the key pregnant women who were followed up were divided into the experimental group and the control group， 150 cases in the experimental group and 150 cases in control group. The experimental group received the health management of follow-up during pregnancy on WeChat platform， while the control group used traditional telephone to carry out health management during pregnancy follow-up. The two groups were compared in terms of work efficiency， degree of satisfaction， understanding of health care during pregnancy，satisfaction with family doctors. Results： The work efficiency， degree of satisfaction， understanding of health care during pregnancy， satisfaction with family doctors of pregnant women in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion： The new model of family doctor contract and regular WeChat follow-up management for key pregnant women in community follow-up can improve work efficiency and quality， achieve better management of key pregnant women in community， and reflect the significance of family doctor contract service in the field of maternity and children.
