不同厂家维生素E软胶囊抗氧化活性比较研究

Comparative Study on Antioxidant Activity of Vitamin E Soft Capsules from Different Manufacturers

摘要: 目的:测定并比较不同厂家生产的25批维生素E软胶囊的抗氧化活性,为其质量评价工作提供参考。方法:采用1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼(DPPH)自由基清除法、2,2-联氮-二( 3-乙基-苯并噻唑-6-磺酸) 二铵盐(ABTS)自由基清除法和铁离子还原力测定法检测体外抗氧化活性,绘制清除率曲线,计算半抑制浓度( IC50)。结果:25批维生素E软胶囊对DPPH自由基清除力的IC50分别为1.946、5.884、1.361、8.512、2.829、3.193、1.248、3.930、2.879、2.592、2.563、2.004、1.201、1.573、1.283、2.150、4.416、4.586、5.407、13.402、10.232、11.038、17.769、21.041、22.984 mg·mL-1;对ABTS自由基清除力的 IC50分别为2.306、5.942、1.229、7.131、3.193、2.938、1.060、3.709、3.364、3.386、2.118、2.522、1.644、2.180、0.859、1.822、3.517、1.663、3.072、6.941、6.043、5.513、7.953、10.373、11.686 mg·mL-1;铁离子还原力试验中的吸光度值分别为0.254±0.012、0.077±0.006、0.218±0.025、0.063±0.011、0.155±0.016、0.121±0.011、0.149±0.040、0.105±0.040、0.108±0.005、0.282±0.041、0.157±0.038、0.156±0.004、0.239±0.006、0.279±0.010、0.238±0.041、0.128±0.004、0.193±0.032、0.241±0.019、0.115±0.002、0.095±0.023、0.059±0.021、0.115±0.029、0.103±0.013、0.061±0.015、0.100±0.028。其中编号为3、13、15的维生素E软胶囊抗氧化能力最强,其辅料成分中均含有大豆油。结论:不同厂家的维生素E软胶囊抗氧化能力有所不同,是否与辅料有关需进一步深入研究。

Abstract: Objective:To determine and compare the antioxidant activity of 25 batches Vitamin E soft capsules from different manufacturers, and provide reference for the quality evaluation of Vitamin E soft capsules. Methods: The antioxidant activity of Vitamin E soft capsules was determined by 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) radical scavenging activity, 2,2′-azinobis-(3-ethylbenzthiazoline-6-sulphonate) diammonium salt (ABTS) radical scavenging activity and iron ion reducing power. Clearance curve were performed and half maximal inhibitory concentration (IC50) was calculated. Results:The IC50 of DPPH radical scavenging activity of 25 batches Vitamin E soft capsules were 1.946, 5.884, 1.361, 8.512, 2.829, 3.193, 1.248, 3.930, 2.879, 2.592, 2.563, 2.004, 1.201, 1.573, 1.283, 2.150, 4.416, 4.586, 5.407, 13.402, 10.232, 11.038, 17.769, 21.041, 22.984 mg·mL-1. The IC50 of ABTS radical scavenging activity of 25 batches Vitamin E soft capsules were 2.306, 5.942, 1.229, 7.131, 3.193, 2.938, 1.060, 3.709, 3.364, 3.386, 2.118, 2.522, 1.644, 2.180, 0.859, 1.822, 3.517, 1.663, 3.072, 6.941, 6.043, 5.513, 7.953, 10.373, 11.686 mg·mL-1. The absorbance of 25 batches Vitamin E soft capsules in iron ion reducing power test were 0.254±0.012, 0.077±0.006, 0.218±0.025, 0.063±0.011, 0.155±0.016, 0.121±0.011, 0.149±0.040, 0.105±0.040, 0.108±0.005, 0.282±0.041, 0.157±0.038, 0.156±0.004, 0.239±0.006, 0.279±0.010, 0.238±0.041, 0.128±0.004, 0.193±0.032, 0.241±0.019, 0.115±0.002, 0.095±0.023, 0.059±0.021, 0.115±0.029, 0.103±0.013, 0.061±0.015, 0.100±0.028. Vitamin E soft capsules sample No.3, No.13, No.15 had more powerful antioxidant activity, which soybean oil was in the excipient. Conclusion:Vitamin E soft capsules from different manufacturers show different antioxidant effects, whether relating to excipient is worthy of further study.
