Abstract: Corona Virus Disease 2019（COVID-19） had spread in China from Wuhan since December 2019. COVID-19 has been listed as class B infectious disease according to the law of the People′s Republic of China on the prevention and control of infectious diseases， and preventive and control measures as class A infectious diseases has been taken. The epidemic was in the period of population movement during the Spring Festival. Community is the main area of controlling the spread of COVID-19. The Community epidemic prevention participants are the important factors to control the epidemic in the community. They are facing the higher risk of COVID-19 infection. Whether self-protection management is in place is the key to win the the battle of epidemic prevention and control. In order to effectively prevent the spread of the epidemic， according to the relevant documents of the National Health Committee of China and the recommendations of the experts of epidemic prevention and control， based on evidence-based medicine， this paper proposes suggestions on the self-protection management of community epidemic prevention participants， so as to provide a reference for the fight against the epidemic.
